Kevin Nydam

Kevin is an upbeat and outgoing person who is in a great mood 90 percent of the time! When he’s not showing homes or doing chores, he’s often biking with his girlfriend or playing tennis. He also enjoys playing golf, hiking, and watching hockey. As an agent, Kevin truly gets to know his clients, gives great advice, and prioritizes people over transactions.

Born and raised in Littleton, Kevin is a proud Colorado native. He studied Sports Management and Business Administration at Colorado Mesa University and played four years of college tennis. A licensed realtor since 2016, Kevin is experienced in the industry, and proud of buying real estate at a young age as it helped him learn the power of owning assets. His future investment goals include either owning 20 to 30 units or paying off five single family homes.

Described as goofy, easy going, and motivational, Kevin is also a cancer survivor. He knows that life is short and craves being around positive people. He is inspired in life by people like Jocko Willink for his leadership qualities, and Gary Vaynerchuk for his amazing outlook on life. The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership by John Maxwell is Kevin’s favorite book; and if he had a theme song it would be “We Will Rock You,” by Queen.
